Professionalism

Talk about professionalism.... These people I'm working with are sooo unprofessional, I can't imagine how in the world they were able to get through the HR interviews and tests and evaluations. My goodness! And, they can even say that they are the best of the best from 3000 people in their call center. Good gracious! If they are the best of the best, how much more worst can the others be? I can't tell you enough how much I despise these people and their attitude, and their air or greatness. Even the worst of the worst in my old company are way way better than them. If you don't believe, just read through some of the emails being sent to customers, and managers below. Tell me what you think...

The only thing I can say is, "No wonder the customers' don't understand them and request to be guided through the call, rather than get an email instruction."

1 Sample email being sent out to customers on how to download a Vista clean up utility...

Step 1:- click on the link and click on clean up utility

Steps 2:- it will ask run save or cancel plz click on save

Steps 3:- you will see a new screen where u have to click on browse folder and in the same screen on the left hand side click on desktop once that is done

Step4:- on the right hand side click on save

Once the download is complete

Then close all the windows and then click on Run:-

Uninstall the Lexmark that u have install with the cd

And then


Step 2;- download the driver

Click on download now after that

Click on the driver cjr………

And then save browse folder and the click on desktop once and the click on save on the right hand side corner button .click save


Steps :- once the download is complete then close all the windows
And click on run and install the software follow the screen instruction

2. I sent him an email about why he did not take ownership of the case by putting the case into his folder after taking the call. Here's his reply to my Manager because my Manager asked why he has not yet responded to my email.

their was lot many Calls if some one forget to take the call in the bin .We remind and it is not with me with all .as this time Grace marked an email .I will make suer if some think

same happen like this we can send an email because i am changing bin even i remind the person not once or twice several times so to Agent A .so if some thing same happen

it is just a normal process some times anybody and forget .i will take care of this and if some thing same happen i will make suer i will remind that person through an email .

i am sorry . this will not happen again .i am sorry for the late reply as my lotus is not working properly .
