Auto Answer feature
Why is it hard to accept the fact that the calls are supposed to be automatically answered when you work in a call center? You already worked in such an environment before, so why all the hassle and the stubbornness of not willing to accept this new change? You're going back to that environment soon enough, so why complain?

For the rest of you, what difference does it make when your phone physically rings and when it is automatically answered? don't tell me its because when the phone physically rings, you can move far from your desk and just run the hell to it when it rings just to pick it up before the 3rd ring or it will drop. Spoiled brats. You guys have been spoiled shit-less and you still complain? Goodness... grow up people. You need to see the real world. It does not revolve and evolve only around you.
